Your Health Plan contains all your health related activities in one place.
These may include nutrition, exercise and monitoring activities that may have been specified by your health professional.
You can also capture your medications and supplements you are taking.

Each page on the Health Plan screen represents one day. You can move back and forward one week by swiping right and left on the calendar.
Health Related Activities
The Health Plan can display a range of different activities ranging from nutrition and exercise to medications, supplements and monitoring activities.
Monitoring activities are items such as taking your blood pressure or measuring your weight.
Other activities include completing questionnaires or reading educational materials.
You will be notified of each activity as you progress through your day via your phone's notification system. However, you can turn off some or all of these notifications in your Profile Preferences.
Activity Detail or Guidance
Many health activities have extra detail available to you. By pressing the information button you will see this extra detail and/or guidance.
Activity Completion
When an activity is completed, usually by data coming in from an integrated wearable or health app, it is marked as complete. When this occurs, the app also notes the actual reading that occurred, for your convenience. For example, as shown here, a 45 minute exercise workout that occurred at 8:33AM is displayed.
Reward Points
You may be offered points for completing particular health activities. For example, as shown here, you may be rewarded 20 points for completing an engagement questionnaire or 2 points for logging your lunch. The available points are shown inside a white star. When you complete an activity (on the day it occurs in your Health Plan) you are rewarded the points and the star changes colour. You will not be rewarded points for activities that are retrospectively marked complete.
