Cardio Scores.
We have developed algorithms that can estimate your overall cardio health from two perspectives.
All we need to know is your resting heart rate, blood pressure and waist measurement.
Depending on your cardio scores, you may be shown a recommendation to have a pulse wave analysis (PWA) test.

Cardiorespiratory Fitness
Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is a strong predictor of the risk of future cardiovascular events and mortality, beyond the first traditional CVD risk factors.
We use your resting heart rate, along with other aspects we know about you (such as age and gender) to assess your CRF as one of three score ranges.
HIGH | Means that you have a higher than average level of fitness. |
MEDIUM | Means that you have an average level of fitness. |
LOW | Means that you have a lower than average level of fitness. |
Cardiovascular Health
The ability to accurately assess your Cardiovascular Health (CVH) is essential for you, as well as your healthcare providers in deciding your best lifestyle, exercise, nutrition and supplement (LENS) choices to optimises your health and wellbeing.
Using your blood pressure and waist measurement, along with other aspects we know about you (such as age, gender and CRF) we can assess your CVH as one of three score ranges.
8 to 10 | Means that the health of your cardiovascular system is better than average. |
4 to 7 | Means that the health of your cardiovascular system is average. We would recommend having a PWA test. |
1 to 3 | Means that the health of your cardiovascular system is lower than average. We would recommend seeing a medical advisor. |
